Mustering Reports
Mustering reports display the attendance of a user at a designated mustering point. During an emergency evacuation mustering reports can be used to keep track of users and ensure that all users have evacuated the premises.

The site filter is available for all reports when using a partitioned database.
General
The user must enter the Start date and time. The range for mustering reports will be from the start date to the time the report was generated. Any access granted events in this time period on IN readers and Mustering points will be included in the reports.
Filter
The Filter tab contains different parameters that are relevant to the specific report. These parameters will determine the contents of the generated report. Choose the All radio box or click Selection to filter the report to specific entities. Use the search box to find specific entities from long lists.
- Click the Filter tab.
- Select at least one In reader. Access granted events on this reader will determine if a user was in the facility.
- Select at least one muster point. Access granted events on this reader will determine if a user has safely reached a muster point.
Columns
The column tab contains all the fields necessary for displaying in the report and the user can select the particular fields for displaying in the generated reports. Some fields are mandatory.
Columns for all mustering reports are identical.
